Refund/Return Policy

Maddisons Boutique offers a hassle free return policy. We will gladly issue a full refund or exchange for all NON CLEARANCE, SALE and UNUSED merchandise returned within 7 days of receipt of item(s). ALL ITEM(S) RETURNED BACK TO MADDISONS BOUTIQUE LATER THAN 7 DAYS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS STORE CREDIT. All STANDARD and EXPRESS shipping charges are non-refundable unless a shipping error has occurred by Maddisons Boutique. Please contact us immediately at maddisonsboutiquellc@gmail.com or 646 594 6715 for any return/exchange inquiry. If for any reason you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item(s)to be eligible for REFUND or EXCHANGE. 

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s) and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved , your refund will be processed within 5 days and be applied to the original method of payment.

RETURNS

To return your product, you should mail it to: MADDISONS BOUTIQUE, 229- 19 Merrick Blvd #429, Laurelton NY 11413 . You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. You should consider adding  tracking to insure that your item(s) was received by Maddisons Boutique
